Warranty Period: We provide a one-year (12-month) quality guarantee from the date of product shipment.
Warranty Content: This warranty only covers inherent quality defects caused by materials or manufacturing processes. During the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts or the entire machine if we confirm that there are such quality problems.
The following situations are not covered by this warranty commitment, and the related responsibilities and costs shall be borne by the customer:
Human Factors: Damage caused by misoperation, accidents, abuse, negligence, incidents, or unauthorized modification or repair.
Installation and Use: Problems caused by improper installation, storage, maintenance, or failure to use the product according to the operating specifications.
Normal Wear and Tear: Standard wear and tear that occurs during normal use of the product.
External Environment: Damage caused by force majeure events such as fire, flood, unstable voltage, lightning strikes, or other abnormal environmental conditions.
Transportation and Customs Clearance: All transportation costs (including logistics costs related to returns and exchanges) and customs fees such as import/export duties and value-added tax are not covered under warranty.
We highly value the condition of our products upon delivery. All products are properly packaged in custom-made wooden crates before leaving the factory to ensure safe transportation. Nevertheless, if you find visible transportation damage to the outer packaging or the product upon receipt, please follow these steps:
On-site Inspection: Before signing for the goods, be sure to open the box and inspect the condition of the goods together with the logistics carrier.
Evidence Preservation: If damage is found, please immediately take clear photos or videos as evidence and request the carrier to issue a damage certificate on-site.
Contact Us: Please submit relevant evidence documents to our customer service staff within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Assistance with Claims: We will actively assist you in making claims against the logistics company based on the valid evidence you provide.
If you suspect a product has a quality defect, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Please contact us promptly and provide detailed product model, serial number, problem description, and relevant evidence (such as photos and videos).
Problem Diagnosis: Our technical support team will conduct remote diagnosis based on the information you provide and may require further testing to determine the root cause of the problem.
Warranty Determination: If the problem is confirmed to fall within the warranty coverage stipulated in Article 1 of this policy, we will arrange to send you a brand new replacement part or a complete unit.
Cost Explanation: Please note that the shipping cost of the replacement part and all customs duties, handling fees, etc., incurred in your location are borne by the customer.
his warranty policy is the sole and complete warranty provided to you regarding product quality and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied. In any event, our maximum liability is limited to replacing the defective product, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
The final interpretation of this policy rests with our company. We reserve the right to revise this policy without prior notice.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note: Used parts and parts damaged due to improper installation are not eligible for return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not accept exchanges.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
