Warranty Policy

LIMITED ENGINE WARRANTY POLICY

Effective Date: October 01, 2026

Thank you for choosing XINLIN AUTO PARTS. To ensure your rights and clarify the responsibilities of both parties, this Limited Warranty Policy (“Warranty”) has been formulated. This Warranty applies strictly to brand-new aftermarket replacement long block engines purchased through our official channels and shipped to the United States, Canada, and Australia. Please read it carefully. By purchasing, accepting, or installing this product, the Buyer agrees to be bound by all terms outlined below.

I. Warranty Scope and Period

  • Warranty Period: We provide a one-year (12-month) limited quality guarantee commencing from the date of product delivery to the Buyer (not the shipment date).
  • Warranty Content: This Warranty strictly covers inherent quality defects caused solely by materials or manufacturing processes under normal use and regular maintenance. It applies only to the internal moving components of the aftermarket replacement engine long block (including the cylinder block, cylinder head, crankshaft, camshafts, pistons, and connecting rods).
  • No Core Charge Benefit: XINLIN does not charge a Core Fee. The Buyer is NOT required to ship the old engine back to us to validate or maintain this Warranty.

II. Installation Requirements & Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are NOT covered by this warranty commitment. All related responsibilities, damages, and costs shall be borne entirely by the customer:

  1. Non-Professional Installation: The engine must be installed by a certified/licensed automotive technician (e.g., ASE-certified in the US, Red Seal in Canada, or a licensed mechanic in Australia). Self-installation or unauthorized DIY installation immediately voids this Warranty.
  2. Human Factors & Misuse: Damage caused by misoperation, racing, competitive use, commercial abuse, accidents, negligence, incidents, or unauthorized modifications and repairs.
  3. Improper Installation & Maintenance: Problems caused by improper timing adjustments, incorrect timing chain/belt alignment, improper storage, poor maintenance, failure to use manufacturer-specified fluid grades, or failure to perform a complete cooling/oil system flush prior to engine start.
  4. Normal Wear and Tear: Standard wear, tear, and degradation that naturally occur during normal operation of the vehicle.
  5. External Failures & Environment: Damage caused by force majeure events (e.g., fire, flood, lightning strikes) or failures caused by external components not supplied with our long block (e.g., faulty fuel injectors, wiring harnesses, intake manifolds, sensors).

III. Transportation Damage Handling Process

Products are securely packed for transit, and visible damage upon delivery must be documented with the carrier and reported to customer service within 48 hours to support logistics claims.

IV. Quality Warranty Application Process

For potential manufacturing defects, customers must contact support with diagnostic evidence before initiating any teardown procedures.

V. Limitation of Liability (Critical Legal Protection)

This warranty replaces other express or implied warranties, limiting liability strictly to product replacement or repair and excluding consequential damages or labor costs.

VI. Choice of Law & Final Interpretation

XINLIN maintains final policy interpretation rights and the authority to update terms for regulatory compliance.
